BNSF Business Cars

BNSF maintains a fleet of passenger cars for use on their business trains (O symbol prefix). Occasionally these cars are used for other purposes, such as on the Santa Train or the Employee Appreciation Special. Currently there are no passenger locomotives assigned to the business cars, and so they are pulled by one of BNSF's freight locomotives, and utilize a power car within the train to generate electricity for the rest of the train.

Additional cars have been used in the past, and some are still in the ownership of BNSF Railway, although they are not currently active, for any number of reasons.
